Introduction

The operator of the Országalma Restaurant is the Gála Party Service Ltd., one of Hungary's largest event planning companies. The company, which was founded in 1991, manages a number of other restaurants not only in various institutions, but also in the city's most prominent tourist areas.

In 2003, the Gála acquired the right to serve Parliament events. This includes the provision of a hot and cold buffet for the representatives, the operation of an a la carte restaurant on the days of Parliament sessions, the provisions for committee sessions and catering related to protocol events, furthermore, the managing of the Országalma Restaurant which opened in 2007.

The restaurant provides the opportunity for organizing events of an exquisitely high standard which are worthy of the "spirit" of the location. Guests are received with a carefully composed menu and exemplary quality. The restaurant serves the traditional and widely popular tastes of Hungarian cuisine in a fashionable and modern way.

The gem of gastronomy, the Országalma Restaurant is both suitable for standing receptions and seated dinners such as a professional dinner or a decorative protocol dining.

The success of our events, along with the precise organization can be attributed to the availability of special instruments and resources, the balance of the price-value ratio of the service, personal attendance, the quality of communication with the guests, customizability, swift reaction and flexibility, the experience accumulated in the area of protocols, the effective satisfaction of needs and the "additional value", which expresses that kind of extra, which determines the originality of an event. An event becomes complete and well-composed owing to these factors.

The Parliament team of the Gála takes care of the Parliament's provision and it carries out the organization and management of the highest-ranking state and government events. It participates in the events of ministries and other national institutions and organizes events for private firms and multinational companies as well. Our staff is perfectly familiar with protocol rules and they are aware of the demands of people from the public life of diplomacy, culture and science.
Our task is to organize every event that is housed by the Hungarian Parliament: the provision of the Parliament and the management of the Presidential Cabinet's, the Prime Minister's Office's, the Office of the President of the Republic of Hungary's and the Ministry of Foreign Affaris' State protocols, furthermore, the protocol events of the Hungarian Ministry of Defense.

The main locations in which the protocol receptions are organized are the highlighted halls of the Hungarian Parliament: the Hunter's Hall (Vadászterem), the Gobelin-hall (Gobelin-terem), the Delegation hall and the Floor of the Upper House (Főrendházi ülésterem).
